If your order arrives damaged or something isn’t right, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Warm Weather Notice
Bella Balm is made with natural ingredients and may soften or melt in high temperatures. If your balm arrives soft, place it in a cool area until it firms back up. This does not affect the quality of the product.
